If the product is defective, it shall be sent to us for repair. If guarantee is claimed, a proof of purchase must be attached. A quote can be requested if the warranty period has expired or is not valid.
Support@sea is an online support to provide remote support to a computer. To get access to support@sea a subscription for six or twelve months can be signed. You can also get support on an ongoing basis. Support cost is then SEK 950 per hour with a minimum charge of SEK 500 per case (VAT excluded). Payment is done by credit card.
